If you are trying to print an Adobe document, try the following: go to File > Print.Click the Advanced button. They often work best with PS (PostScript) drivers (but those are not available for this printer model). Change this to print directly to printer and see if that helps.Īs far as PDF files go, often times an Adobe PDF file may cause errors with PCL drivers. There will probably be an option to spool print jobs or send them directly to the printer and it will most likely be set on spooling jobs.
Select the printer and right click on it and click Properties. Although it varies somewhat by printer, this is typically done by going to Start / Control Panel / Printers. It's not as efficient, but sometimes this will solve the problem. If the above doesn't work, try bypassing the print spooler and printing directly to the printer.
